Advanced ($120/month) includes 3 AI agents; Pro ($400/month) includes 10. Each agent has its own knowledge base, its own embed code and its own leads list, so every chatbot answers from its own client's website and files. All agents in a workspace share one monthly message allowance (up to 8,000 on Advanced, 30,000 on Pro), and everyone on your team who manages agents sees all of them. Need more agents? Extra agents are $20 a month each on any paid plan.
A workspace per client.
Give each client their own workspace, with its own plan and its own bill, and invite only the people who should see it. You switch between workspaces from one login.
Advanced and Pro remove the Dante mark from the chat widget. On Starter it is a $50/month add-on.
One Advanced workspace with 2 extra agents: $120 + 2 x $20 = $160/month for 5 agents, no Dante mark, sharing up to 8,000 messages.
One Pro workspace: $400/month for up to 10 agents (room for 5 more clients), no Dante mark, sharing up to 30,000 messages.
Five Starter workspaces, one per client, each with the branding add-on: 5 x ($40 + $50) = $450/month, each client with its own bill and up to 2,000 messages.
